Pinnacle Building Consultancy is pleased to offer a ‘Design Focus’ service for parties wishing to commence designing a new project, remediation of an existing project or, for those that have already initiated the procurement process but have been stopped or slowed by a design hurdle or latent condition.

This service may commence with preparation of a Development Application (DA), Statement of Environmental Effects, and preparation of Construction Certificate applications, and conclude with the procurement of Occupation Certification at the completion of work under contract. It may be initiated alongside a substantial building upgrade, or run as a standalone service.

We are also able to provide advice on the latest cladding materials for new buildings, provide ideas for internal finishes and fitout, direct clients to appropriate manufacturers, colour consultants, draftspersons, architects, civil/structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, builders, landscapers and maintenance contractors.
