Pinnacle Building Consultancy provides a Pre-Purchase Inspection service, which is somewhat different to the usual inspection and report undertaken by many of our competitors under Australian Standard 4349.1–2007 Inspection of buildings Part 1: Pre-purchase inspections – Residential buildings. Pinnacle separates itself from the competition by not only providing an inspection and report that is compliant with AS4349.1–2007, but provides above and beyond detail regarding the building’s condition including a visual assessment of the components, elements, fittings, fixtures and fittings that comprise the structure and building surrounds, including Class 10 structures such as retaining walls and freestanding garages. We can customise the level of detail contained within our report depending on our client’s requirements and budget.

Whilst we are able to provide basic advice regarding termite or white ant attack, we always recommend that a separate pest inspection report be procured. We are able to refer our clients to specialist pest inspection agencies where required.
