Our reports are based on a comprehensive visual inspection of all accessible areas of the property and include comment on the likely existence of asbestos, lead-based paints, trip and fall hazards, a visual inspection of meter boxes/rooms to identify the existence of residual current devices, and many other potential hazards that may cause harm to the owners, occupants or visitors to the building and its surrounds.
